Changes in School Calendar:
• Teachers and students should note that all Eastern School District schools will have classes on Friday, November 6, 2009. The PD Day will be rescheduled for the spring.
• Students should note that the date of this year’s Christmas Dance has been moved ahead one week and changed to Friday, November 27.

Today’s Special in the Cafeteria: Panzoratti and side salad, served with a small white milk for $4.30.

Happening Today:
• There will be a Yearbook Committee meeting today at 11:38 in Ms. McLane’s home room. All members must attend!
• All SAVE members, please go up to the Guidance Office today to order your T-shirt. The sheet will be posted on the door. All members must get one.
• There will be a Student Council meeting today at 11:38 in Room W105. Everyone must attend. Please bring your lunches.
• Yearbook orders will be taken each day during lunch until next Friday, November 13. You must order and pay for your yearbook now and they will arrive in June. The cost is $40. NO extra yearbooks will be ordered.
• Any grads who would like your baby picture in the yearbook should pass it in to the office by Thursday. Make sure you have your name printed clearly on the back of the photo.

Athletic Department Notices:
• The Men’s Volleyball team is playing at Bluefield this afternoon at 5:30. The bus will be leaving from the Main Student Entrance at 3:30 pm.
• Four of our students have been selected to play in the All Star Soccer games this evening at UPEI. Jolisa Hume plays at 5:30 and Connor Lea, Darren Lundrigan and Brett Byrne will play at 7:00.

Library Notices:
• Students and staff, please visit the Library and check out the display of fiction and nonfiction books for Remembrance Day. Also, a few of Mrs. Killeen’s helpers have created a bulletin board display for this memorable occasion.
• Christmas book orders from Scholastic have arrived. Pick up a form today!
• Students in Mr. Lea’s and Mr. Jamieson’s classes have a few class projects on display in the Library. Stop by and check out what some others classes are up to!

Knitters will meet on Wednesday at 11:38.

The Global Action Group will be holding a Bake Sale tomorrow (Wednesday) at the top of the main stairway at both breaks and noon. Members are reminded to bring your treats tomorrow for the sale!

The SADD Group will be meeting tomorrow at 12:00 noon in Room W307, Mr. Jamieson’s room. Please bring your T-Shirt money if possible.
