The following is the schedule of Prom events for the evening of May 30, 2008.
- 6:20 p.m. - Grads Arrive at Montague Intermediate School Gym
- 6:40 p.m. - Procession from Montague Intermediate to the High School
- 7:20 p.m. - Prom Reception at the MRHS Gym
- 8:20 to 10:30 p.m. - Prom Dance at MRHS Cafeteria
Please Note: A great deal of work has gone into the preparations for the prom. There are a few changes occurring this year which, hopefully, should allow for more photo opportunities for all as well as more time for grads, parents, and invited guests to mingle before the dance begins.
- Grads and their dates/escorts will be meeting in the gym for a finger food reception after they parade from Montague Intermediate. Remember, you must have an invitation to attend this reception.
- There will be several “Around the World” sets available for picture-taking during the reception.
- After the reception, grads and dates/escorts will proceed en masse to the dance in the cafeteria.
- In an effort to make your Prom truly a night to remember, the students of the Prom Committee expect that all attending will stay at the dance until at least 9:30.
Other Important Dates and Times for Graduates to Remember:
- June 10th - Grade 12 exams begin
- June 16th - Grad Banquet
- June 17th - 9:00 a.m. - Grad list posted
- June 17th - 10:00 a.m. - Rehearsal at Iceland Arena
- June 17th - 11:15 a.m. to noon - Back to the school to pick up graduation gowns. If you have volunteered to help out with the church service, rehearsal will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.
- June 18th - Grad Activity - Paint Ball - noon to 6:00 p.m.???
- June 19th - 7:00 p.m. Ecumenical Service at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church
- June 19th - 8:00 p.m. - Graduation at Iceland Arena
