Ball Hockey today at lunch time: “Lemons” play “Crawford”. On Monday, “The Bobcats” take on “The Weak Wristers” and on Tuesday, “Staff Hawks” play “Gunners”.
Juvenile Badminton will practice today at 5:15. Attendance is compulsory.
There will be Rugby practice in the gym today at 3:15 p.m. These practices are open to all male and female players.
Last evening, the MRHS Debate team defeated Souris in two debates with a third contest ending in a draw. Congratulations to the speakers who led Montague: Cody Annear, Harris Campbell, Nick Melnyk, Donald MacNearney, Terri McGarry, Megan Kaderly, and Todd MacLeod.
The Southeast Environmental Association invites everyone to a Public Information Meeting on April 2, 2008, at the Boardroom of the Health Services Building, 126 Douses Road, Montague. Meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and will include a presentation on Nutrient Enrichment in Surface Water and a report on the Progress of the Nitrate Commission.
Toonie Sale: Children’s pre-snuggled, name brand, clothing (from infant sizes up to big kids size 12) for only $2 each. Sale is on Saturday, April 19, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Maritime Christian College in Charlottetown. Kids can enjoy face painting, coloring, a movie, and a play area while you shop! This evening from 8:00 to 11:00, there will be a dance at the Belfast Rink. This is to help support the Midget AA girls, Kings County Kings team, for funds to travel to St. Andrews for Atlantics.
