Thursday’s two winners of the gift card to Indigo, are Candace Nicholson and Mandy Jackson. Special thanks goes out to all students who signed out a book last week to show their support for National School Library Month and Provincial School Library Day. Congratulations to all winners.

College and University Day is Thursday, November 1st, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Grade 12 students will be excused from class immediately following reading period, and will have access to the approximately fifty representatives until 11:00 a.m. Grade 11 students can attend during B Block, also until 11:00 a.m.

On Thursday, a representative from Canadian Blood Services will have a booth set up in the gym for University and College Day. If you are interested in finding out your blood type and are under seventeen years old, please see Ms. Beaton for a consent form.

Yearbooks for this year must be pre-ordered and pre-paid; price is $40. Books may be purchased every day this week, at lunch from 12:00 to 12:15 p.m. at the top of the stairs.

A reminder to knitters! We will be having our yearbook photo taken at 11:38. Bring your knitting to show your stuff!

Mystery Teacher # 2 - This teacher loves Halloween and is a long lost member of the Spice Girls and will be leaving in January to go back on tour

Attention Concert Band Students: We are planning to perform at two local Remembrance Day Ceremonies on Sunday, Nov. 11. Band students are asked to pick up their note for parents from Ms. LaFrance today.
